Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong focus on core bookkeeping, financial data analysis, and software proficiency. Key responsibilities include managing daily accounting workflows in Zoho Books, including transaction entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory costing, and ledger maintenance; performing monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, payment gateway statements, merchant balances, and vendor accounts; preparing accurate VAT returns; and ensuring full compliance with Saudi Arabian ZATCA electronic invoicing and tax regulations. The role also involves structuring, cleaning, and analyzing transactional data using Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and custom reporting formulas, to track cash flow and operational expenses and produce accurate financial insights through data manipulation, financial modelling, and variance analysis. The candidate will maintain complete and organized digital audit trails and financial documentation for month-end and year-end closures. Requirements and qualifications include at least four years of hands-on accounting experience gained strictly within Saudi Arabia, demonstrated mastery of Zoho Books, including its setup, workflows, inventory modules, and automated reporting, expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, deep knowledge of KSA tax laws, ZATCA e-invoicing phases, and Saudi SOCPA and IFRS accounting standards, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Business proficiency in English is required, while Arabic is an advantage.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Business proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in bookkeeping, financial data analysis, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, audit preparation, and financial reporting.
Restriction / Special Note
- The minimum 4 years of accounting experience must be gained strictly within Saudi Arabia.
