Electrical BIM Modeler
Job Description
China Railway Construction Corporation International (CRCCI) is urgently seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler to join its ongoing Diriyah Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position requires a minimum of 8–10 years of total experience, including at least 5 years focused on BIM. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining accurate 3D electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit; preparing coordinated models for power, lighting, low-current and containment systems; coordinating with architectural, structural and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes; preparing electrical shop drawings, layouts and construction documentation; extracting quantities and supporting material take-offs from BIM models; updating models based on site conditions and construction changes; and ensuring that models and drawings comply with project standards and specifications. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field, be proficient in Autodesk Revit, and have a strong Electrical BIM background, experience with contracting companies, particularly in shop drawings and construction coordination, experience in residential and commercial building projects, and strong communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of Navisworks is an advantage. Preference will be given to candidates with strong Electrical BIM experience, experience in residential and commercial building projects, and immediate availability to join.
