Waiter, Senior Waiter

Fine dining restaurants in Laysen Valley and Via Riyadh require waiters and senior waiters for immediate deployment and start. The job role is to deliver exceptional, high-standard service and create memorable experiences in an upscale dining environment. Duties and responsibilities include warmly welcoming and seating guests, maintaining an attentive dining experience, demonstrating expert knowledge of menus and beverages including ingredients and allergens, making recommendations, recording orders accurately, communicating dietary requirements directly to the kitchen, serving meals gracefully according to proper fine dining etiquette and precise timing, keeping dining areas clean and orderly, processing payments smoothly, mentoring junior staff, assisting management with shift operations, managing floor flow, and resolving guest feedback and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications include at least one year of experience in upscale dining for waiters, or at least three years of experience in upscale dining along with leadership skills for senior waiters. Strong English communication skills are required, Arabic proficiency is preferred, and candidates must have thorough knowledge of fine dining standards, strong interpersonal skills, and the physical stamina to stand and carry loads in a fast-paced environment.
