Support recruitment for Saudi Aramco, EPC, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and Industrial projects. Source and screen qualified candidates for engineering, technical, and skilled trades positions. Coordinate interviews and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Meet recruitment targets within agreed timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting for Saudi Arabia is preferred
- Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, or Industrial recruitment experience is an advantage
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality candidate profiles
