Operation Executive
Job Description
Urgently seeking a motivated female Operations Executive in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Previous experience in freight forwarding or shipping operations is preferred. The candidate must have computer and MS Office knowledge, the ability to coordinate with customers, agents, shipping lines and transporters, a valid Iqama, and the ability to transfer sponsorship, which is mandatory. Responsibilities include handling daily shipping and freight forwarding operations, coordinating with customers, agents and shipping lines, preparing and following up on shipping documents, tracking shipments and coordinating deliveries, following up with transporters regarding container deliveries, and maintaining proper operational records. All other terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labour Law.

- Valid Iqama
- Previous experience in freight forwarding or shipping operations preferred
