Job Description
The Operations and Warehouse Coordinator will coordinate daily driver dispatch and trip follow-up, fulfil drivers’ operational requirements, and provide the necessary support. The role includes preparing and maintaining daily operations reports, managing warehouse inbound and outbound transactions and records, preparing and following up on waybills, Bayan, Watheeqa, and related operational documents, maintaining accurate operations and warehouse records, coordinating with drivers, warehouse, transportation, and relevant departments, and supporting any other operational requirements assigned by the company. This is a mid to entry-level position requiring one to two years of experience.
