Marketing and Business Development Manager
Job Description
A senior-level Marketing and Business Development Manager or Senior Manager is required in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, to manage marketing and business development for civil, electromechanical, operations and maintenance, manpower, and equipment rental services on a target basis within the industrial services and contracting sector. The role involves achieving quarterly and annual business development targets, expanding the company’s presence across Saudi Arabia, developing and maintaining strong relationships with direct clients such as SABIC and its affiliates, ARAMCO, Ma’aden, SWCC, and Marafiq, identifying, pursuing, and securing multimillion-SAR projects and long-term contracts, building and leveraging a strong network with major EPC contractors, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, preparing business proposals, and travelling extensively across Saudi Arabia for client meetings and business expansion. Applicants must hold an MBA or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably Engineering or Business Management, and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or marketing within the industrial or contracting sector in Saudi Arabia. A proven track record in handling multimillion projects, strong existing relationships with SABIC, ARAMCO, Ma’aden, and leading EPC companies, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and a valid Saudi driving licence are required. A transferable Iqama is preferred, and immediate joining is required.
