Job Description
Operate and supervise plastic injection molding machines efficiently. Perform mold installation, fitting, alignment, and changeovers. Set and optimize machine parameters for various plastic materials. Diagnose and resolve machine, mold, and process issues. Ensure product quality and minimize defects while performing preventive maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding operations.
- Skilled in mold fitting, machine setup, and operating systems.
- Ability to solve machine, mold, and production problems.
- Experience in training and guiding junior operators.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
