HR Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking experienced HR professionals in Riyadh with strong delivery rider recruitment experience and solid knowledge of the Saudi food delivery and logistics market. Candidates must have native or near-native Arabic, fluent English, at least two years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia, rider recruitment experience, practical Qiwa experience, knowledge of GOSI, experience with Iqama and sponsorship transfers, and good Excel and Google Sheets skills. Experience with Keeta, HungerStation or Jahez is highly preferred. Responsibilities include managing the full rider recruitment and onboarding process, including screening, interviews, document verification, Qiwa contracts, sponsorship transfers, Iqama processing, GOSI procedures, driving licences, compliance, plant activation and rider go-live. We are looking for someone who understands the Saudi rider recruitment market, has existing rider sourcing channels, can recruit riders at high volume, understands Keeta and other food delivery platforms, can communicate professionally in Arabic and English, can independently manage HR onboarding and government-related processes, and can convert candidates into active and operational riders. Preferred backgrounds include Keeta, HungerStation, Jahez, Noon, Careem, third-party logistics, logistics, fleet operations and rider recruitment.
