Job Description
SAS AL BALAD COMPANY is urgently seeking one strict, experienced, and responsible Camp Boss or Camp Supervisor in Riyadh to manage and secure staff accommodation facilities. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in camp administration, security, inventory management, labor discipline, and staff accommodation operations in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include overseeing daily camp operations, maintaining strict discipline, proactively preventing theft, resolving conflicts or fights among residents, welcoming new employees upon arrival, managing room allocations, providing basic orientation on camp rules, receiving camp items, supplies, and equipment, maintaining an accurate daily inventory ledger, preparing and submitting regular reports to management on camp status, headcounts, incidents, and maintenance requirements, and ensuring that water, electricity, and cooling facilities function properly while maintaining high standards of health, hygiene, and cleanliness. Candidates must currently reside in Riyadh, hold a valid and transferable Iqama, be available to join immediately with the Iqama transfer completed within one month, and communicate strongly in English, Arabic, and Hindi or Urdu. The working schedule is a nine-hour shift per day, including a one-hour break, and food is the employee’s responsibility.
