Job Description
Lead audit, stabilization, and improvement of Odoo setup. Ensure secure access rights, permissions, and workflows across business modules. Design governance model, conduct UAT, and train users.
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on Odoo experience
- Strong knowledge of Odoo access rights, groups, ACLs, and record rules
- Experience with Sales, CRM, Accounting, Purchase, Inventory, Products, and Contacts modules
- Ability to design secure permissions and segregation of duties
- Experience with staging, UAT, rollback, and production cutover
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work part-time with weekly progress updates
