Key responsibilities include planning and implementing visual merchandising strategies across store locations, ensuring that window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentations align with brand standards, coordinating with store teams to maintain consistent visual standards, refreshing displays in line with seasonal campaigns and promotions, and analyzing sales and customer flow to optimize merchandising layouts.
