Finishing Site Engineer, Supervisor
Job Description
Manage finishing works for existing building projects including tiles, gypsum board, painting, plumbing, electrical and mechanical finishes. Supervise contractors and manpower ensuring quality, productivity, and progress. Negotiate with contractors and suppliers focusing on cost reduction. Oversee materials, deliveries, and manage snag/punch lists through to final handover.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years finishing experience in Saudi Arabia
- Completed at least 5 similar building finishing projects
- Strong experience in tiles, gypsum board, painting, plumbing, electrical and mechanical finishing works
- Supervise contractors, manpower, quality, productivity and progress
- Strong contractor and supplier negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of Dhahran, Dammam and Khobar market, suppliers and subcontractors
- Valid Saudi driving license and own car
