Job Description
A growing dates company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist and Digital Marketer with at least two years of proven experience in marketing or digital marketing. Experience in the dates, food packaging, retail, or FMCG sectors is preferred. The successful candidate will lead traditional market outreach and digital campaigns to strengthen the company’s brand presence, increase sales, and reach new consumer and commercial clients. Responsibilities include developing and executing creative marketing strategies to expand market reach across Saudi Arabia; planning, managing, and optimising targeted paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads; creating engaging social media posts, reels, and product promotions; supporting B2B and B2C outreach, trade sales, customer relationship activities, and corporate and retail packaging promotions; producing attractive promotional content, product descriptions, and marketing copy; and monitoring campaign analytics and return on investment to continuously improve performance. Candidates must have strong practical knowledge of digital advertising and social media tools, basic knowledge of design and editing platforms such as Canva, a good understanding of B2B and B2C market dynamics in Saudi Arabia, strong communication skills in Arabic and English, and the ability to work on-site in Jeddah.

- Experience in the dates, food packaging, or retail/FMCG sector is preferred
- Strong hands-on knowledge of digital advertising and social media tools

- Good understanding of B2B and B2C market dynamics in Saudi Arabia
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
