Business Development Manager/Executive, PVC Pipe Production Manager
Job Description
We are seeking candidates for two roles. Three female-only vacancies are available for Business Development Managers or Executives to lead business development activities for operations and maintenance, facilities management, renovation, refurbishment, and infrastructure services across housing, buildings, airports, parks, recreational facilities, and related infrastructure. The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, supporting tenders and proposals, and securing profitable contracts in line with the company’s strategic growth objectives, with responsibilities covering business development and market expansion, client relationship management, and operations and maintenance service development. A bachelor’s degree is preferable in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Three male-only positions are available for Production Managers in a PVC pipe factory to manage and control the overall production activities of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production, consistent product quality, optimum utilisation of manpower and materials, minimum production losses, and achievement of production targets in accordance with approved specifications, customer requirements, and health, safety, and environmental standards. Responsibilities include production management, production planning and scheduling, PVC extrusion process management, quality control, raw material and material control, maintenance coordination, manpower management, health, safety and environmental compliance, cost, productivity and production improvements, and reporting and performance monitoring. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
