The role involves developing and improving office products and furniture, sourcing modern and innovative workplace products and solutions, studying customer needs and feedback and converting them into practical product improvements, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and manufacturers, evaluating product samples based on quality, design, comfort and cost, and managing product development from concept through implementation. Candidates should have experience in product development, office furniture, interior design, procurement or a related field, along with a strong sense of design and quality, close attention to detail, strong research, negotiation and supplier relationship skills, and the ability to develop practical and innovative ideas.
