Job Description
Responsible for HVAC system design, site execution, planning, QA/QC, and Testing & Commissioning. Manage technical submissions, vendor data evaluation, and material approvals. Coordinate subcontractors and monitor project progress.
Requirements
- Education
- B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering
- Experience
- 5 – 8 Years
- Strong experience in HVAC & Chilled Water Systems including AHU, FAHU, FCU, Pumps, CHW Piping, Valves, Ductwork & Ventilation
- Experience with technical material submittals, compliance review, vendor data evaluation & material approvals
- Proficient in shop drawings, method statements, ITPs, RFIs and technical coordination
- Strong site execution & planning skills, work sequencing, progress monitoring and subcontractor coordination
- Experience in QA/QC inspections, WIR/IR, NCR, punch list and close-out
- Knowledge of CHW pressure testing, flushing, chemical cleaning, hydronic balancing & TAB
- Familiarity with Pre-Commissioning, Testing & Commissioning procedures
- Knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, CIBSE and project specifications
- Sc. Mechanical Engineering
- 5-8 years relevant HVAC experience
- Saudi/GCC experience preferred
