Sr. Construction Manager
Job Description
Oversee and manage all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to Aramco's standards and project specifications. Develop and enforce project schedules, tracking progress and mitigating delays. Lead multidisciplinary teams focusing on safety, quality, and productivity. Manage construction budgets, controlling costs and approving expenditures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 15 years experience in large-scale industrial construction
- Significant experience with Aramco projects
- Valid Aramco approval for Senior Construction Manager role
- Professional certifications such as PMP or PE highly desirable
