Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our construction team in Saudi Arabia. The position requires a minimum of five years of experience in civil construction, experience supervising civil site activities and manpower, good knowledge of excavation, concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing works, and the ability to read and understand construction drawings. Strong leadership and communication skills, along with knowledge of site safety and quality requirements, are also required. Key responsibilities include supervising daily civil works and the workforce, coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment, ensuring that work is completed according to drawings, specifications, schedule, and safety standards, monitoring progress, and coordinating with engineers and subcontractors.
