Job Description
Prepare specialty coffee and create new drinks including seasonal and signature beverages. Maintain high bar standards in cleanliness, speed, and consistency. Support bar operations and team members while delivering excellent customer service under pressure.
Requirements
- Strong experience in specialty coffee preparation
- Skilled in creating new drinks, seasonal beverages, and signature items
- Knowledge of menu engineering and improving best-selling products
- Ability to maintain highest bar standards (cleanliness, speed, consistency)
- Experience in handling bar operations and supporting team members
- Can work under pressure with excellent customer service
