Job Description
Exact Technical Solutions Company is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to support construction projects for Aramco and SEC. The candidate must have at least five years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the construction industry, with experience coordinating transportation, deliveries, materials, equipment, and vehicles. Strong knowledge of construction-site logistics and material movement, good coordination skills with suppliers, drivers, subcontractors, and project or site teams, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure are required. The candidate should also have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, while a valid driving licence is an advantage. Responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring the delivery of construction materials and equipment to project sites, arranging transportation and ensuring timely delivery, coordinating with suppliers, drivers, site personnel, and subcontractors, tracking vehicles, shipments, and deliveries, maintaining accurate logistics and delivery records, promptly resolving transportation and delivery issues, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and site safety requirements.
