Crew Supervisor
Job Description
Oversees daily field operations managing site technicians, painters, blasters, and labor crews. Ensures tasks are executed safely, on schedule, within scope, and compliant with client specifications and quality standards. Supervises surface preparation and protective coating application. Conducts safety meetings and enforces PPE compliance. Coordinates quality control inspections and manages workforce leadership and administration.
Requirements
- Education
- High School Diploma Or Technical/Vocational Diploma
- Experience
- 3 – 5 Years
- High School Diploma, Technical/Vocational Diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in industrial painting, sandblasting, structural coating, or civil contracting.
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Understanding of surface preparation grades and coating systems.
- Client approvals/certifications (e.g., Aramco approved supervisor, NACE/AMPP) are a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
