Electrical Construction Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join our team and lead electrical construction activities for a major project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The key responsibilities include managing and supervising all electrical construction activities on site; leading electrical contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and site teams; ensuring that construction works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and the project schedule; coordinating with clients, consultants, and other disciplines; monitoring project progress, manpower, materials, and site requirements; ensuring compliance with HSE standards and project requirements; overseeing inspection, testing, and commissioning activities; and resolving technical and construction issues efficiently. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification and have strong experience of 10 years in electrical construction management. Experience with large-scale construction projects is highly preferred, along with strong knowledge of electrical installations, testing, and commissioning and excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Saudi or GCC project experience is an advantage. This position is open to Arab nationals only, and candidates available in Riyadh or able to relocate are encouraged to apply.
