Job Description
Integrated Steel Company for Cable Tray Systems (ISP), a Riyadh-based manufacturer of metallic cable management systems, including cable trays, cable trunking, basket trays, cable ladders, and related accessories, serving the industrial, construction, and oil and gas sectors across Saudi Arabia, is seeking one or more full-time Sales Representatives for its Sales Department. The role involves developing and growing business within the Saudi market for the company’s cable tray and metal fabrication products by identifying and developing new sales opportunities in the industrial, construction, and oil and gas sectors; managing and expanding relationships with existing clients, contractors, and consultants; preparing and following up on quotations, offers, and sales orders; visiting client sites, project offices, and procurement departments across the Kingdom; monitoring market activity, upcoming projects, and competitor pricing to identify opportunities; coordinating with production and technical teams to ensure that client requirements and delivery timelines are met; achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets; and preparing regular sales reports and management updates. Applicants must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field and have proven sales experience in cable trays, cable management systems, steel products, metal fabrication, construction materials, or industrial and MEP supplies. An established network of contractors, consultants, or industrial clients in Saudi Arabia is an advantage. Candidates must have strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, be self-motivated and target-driven, work with minimal supervision, hold a valid Saudi driving licence, be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and be fluent in Arabic and English.
