Job Description
One Assistant Restaurant Manager is required, and the candidate must be male, Egyptian, and no older than 35 years. The role requires at least 2–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a hotel or restaurant qualification preferred, along with strong leadership and team management skills, essential knowledge of the internet, MS Office, and email, strong spoken and written English communication skills, and a valid transferable residency (Iqama). One Restaurant Supervisor is also required, and the candidate must be female, Lebanese or Egyptian, and no older than 30 years. The role requires at least 2–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a hotel or restaurant qualification preferred, strong leadership, communication, and team management skills, the ability to handle daily restaurant operations efficiently, experience in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring, good knowledge of customer service standards and complaint handling, the ability to work under pressure and manage peak hours, basic knowledge of inventory control and cost management, proficiency in POS systems and reporting tools, a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and a valid transferable residency (Iqama). Two Restaurant Captains are required, and candidates must be Filipino males with previous experience as Captain Order personnel or waiters in restaurants or cafes. They must have good English communication skills, while Arabic is an advantage, be able to take orders accurately and provide excellent customer service, maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude, work under pressure and during peak hours, demonstrate teamwork and good interpersonal skills, preferably have knowledge of POS systems, be flexible to work shifts, and hold a valid transferable residency (Iqama).
