Job Description
We are hiring a female Field Marketing Specialist to drive brand visibility and engage directly with customers in the field. Key responsibilities include executing field marketing campaigns, promotional events and direct brand activations; building and maintaining strong relationships with local business partners and clients; conducting on-the-ground market research and gathering customer feedback; and representing the brand professionally at trade shows, exhibitions and public events. Requirements include being female, having full professional fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken, and having one to three years of experience in field marketing, sales or event promotion. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are required, along with a valid driving licence, strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently in outdoor and on-site environments.
