Job Description
We are seeking energetic, customer-focused female staff to join our dynamic team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, as Baristas or Waitresses on a full-time basis. Applicants of all nationalities are welcome, with a preference for Filipina nationals, and female applicants are preferred. Applicants must be below 36 years old and hold a valid, transferable Iqama, with local transfer only, and must be ready to transfer immediately. Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant as a Barista or Waitress is a major advantage. Strong communication skills, an active team-oriented approach, and an exceptional customer service mindset are required. Responsibilities include preparing and serving hot and cold beverages and food items according to brand standards, warmly welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, managing point-of-sale transactions, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the coffee bar, dining area, and workstations, and assisting with basic inventory counts and stock replenishment.
