E-Commerce Specialist

Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist / Store Manager (Noon & Marketplaces) Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to assume full responsibility for managing our online retail stores on platforms such as Noon, Trendyol, and additional marketplaces. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of effectively overseeing store health, inventory control, pricing strategies, product sourcing, and digital marketing efforts to drive business growth and maintain excellent operational standards. Key Responsibilities - Store Management & Health: Oversee daily operations on Noon and other e-commerce platforms, ensuring that account health remains strong, return rates are minimized, and item defect rates are kept to a minimum. - Product Hunting & Sourcing: Conduct thorough market research and select profitable products, focusing on categories including home décor, storage solutions, and household items. Emphasis will be placed on identifying products that can be shipped safely and have a low likelihood of returns. - Listing & Optimization: Develop and manage optimized product listings by crafting detailed, accurate descriptions and maintaining precise inventory records. - Performance & Sales Growth: Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, continuously track sales metrics, and implement strategic initiatives designed to safely increase store revenue. Requirements - Proven, hands-on experience managing e-commerce stores is mandatory, particularly on platforms such as Noon or Amazon.sa. - Extensive knowledge of e-commerce logistics in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including warehouse management and strategies to reduce customer returns. - Ability to work autonomously, manage inventory processes effectively, and collaborate closely with local logistics providers and team members based in Riyadh. - Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia and possess a transferable Iqama.
