Electrical Foreman

A prominent company specializing in providing comprehensive electrical solutions for both building and residential construction projects is currently seeking to recruit TWO (2) ELECTRICAL FOREMAN to become integral members of our energetic and proficient team. The individuals who are successfully selected will be responsible for managing and overseeing electrical projects throughout all phases, from initial planning and commencement through to final completion, ensuring that all work adheres to the highest standards of quality, safety protocols, and is delivered within the established timelines. Qualifications Required: - A minimum of 5 YEARS of professional experience working specifically in the role of an Electrical Foreman. - Candidates must be currently residing in the cities of Dammam or Khobar. - Fluency in both English and Arabic languages, with proficiency in speaking and writing, is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Exercise supervision and coordinate all electrical installation and maintenance work directly on the project site. - Guarantee that projects are finalized in accordance with agreed schedules, remain within the designated scope of work, and comply with budgetary constraints. - Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and detailed project specifications accurately. - Uphold and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety by ensuring full compliance with all client requirements and regulatory standards. - Effectively manage, lead, and guide the electrical team members to optimize performance and productivity. - Promptly troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues or faults in order to minimize project delays. - Work closely in cooperation with project managers and clients to ensure that all project objectives are met satisfactorily.
