Architect
Job Description
Our company is seeking an Architect to work in Riyadh. The requirements for this position are a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering and 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural design and site management. Proficiency in preparing architectural plans and designs using specialized engineering software, experience in project supervision and on-site work monitoring, and the ability to coordinate with consultants and contractors and manage work teams are required. The candidate should have good knowledge of building regulations and applicable engineering codes, along with strong communication and technical reporting skills. Current residency in Riyadh is required. Responsibilities include preparing and developing architectural designs and plans, supervising on-site work and monitoring the quality of execution, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure that the project progresses according to schedule, reviewing shop drawings and resolving technical issues during execution, and preparing and submitting periodic reports to management.
