Job Description
Manage full civil engineering projects including design, review, installation, testing, and commissioning. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Prepare technical documentation and ensure safety compliance throughout project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with HCIS Directives and projects in Saudi Arabia
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and safety compliance
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Flexible to work in remote areas and outside standard hours
Restriction / Special Note
- Freelancer candidates preferred
- No transfer currently; transfer possible after 3-4 months if satisfactory
- Candidate must be currently located in Madinah, Saudi Arabia
- Immediate joining preferred within 1 week
