Job Description
A female Recruiter of Filipino nationality is required. Applicants must have a minimum of 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manpower recruitment or facility management, along with strong experience in candidate sourcing, CV screening, and conducting initial interviews. The role requires the ability to source candidates through recruitment platforms, social media, databases, and other channels; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience coordinating candidate interviews, selection, offer letters, and joining formalities; and the ability to maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Strong follow-up skills with candidates and recruitment agencies, good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication, and the ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets within deadlines are also required. Only female candidates will be considered, and Filipino nationality is mandatory.
