Control Room Operator
Job Description
We urgently require experienced Control Room Operators to join our team immediately in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The job summary includes monitoring and operating plant and building systems through BMS, SCADA, or DCS; continuously monitoring alarms and responding promptly to abnormal conditions; coordinating with maintenance teams for fault reporting and troubleshooting; recording operational data, preparing shift reports, and maintaining system logs; ensuring the safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operation of all assigned systems; and following company procedures, safety standards, and emergency response protocols. The requirements are a diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or a related field. Experience as a Control Room Operator in HVAC, utilities, industrial plants, or facilities management is preferred. Candidates should have knowledge of BMS, SCADA, DCS, HVAC systems, pumps, chillers, and utility equipment, along with good communication skills and the ability to work rotational shifts. Immediate joining is preferred, and the Iqama must be transferable.
