Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Rigging Manager with more than 15 years of experience in rigging, heavy lifting, skidding, hydraulic jacking, and equipment movement services, including strong experience in the Saudi Arabian market. Key Responsibilities: The role involves managing and supervising rigging, heavy lifting, skidding, jacking, and equipment movement operations; planning and safely and efficiently executing complex lifting and equipment movement activities; reviewing and implementing lifting plans, rigging studies, method statements, and risk assessments; managing rigging teams, manpower, equipment, and site operations; ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, client requirements, and Saudi Arabian regulations; coordinating with clients, project teams, engineers, and health, safety, and environmental personnel; ensuring that lifting equipment, cranes, rigging accessories, and jacking and skidding systems are properly inspected and certified; monitoring project schedules, resources, productivity, and operational costs; and providing technical leadership for critical and heavy-lifting operations. Candidates must have proven experience in skidding, hydraulic jacking, and equipment movement, strong Saudi Arabian market experience, and experience in industrial, oil and gas, petrochemical, or major construction projects. Strong knowledge of lifting plans, rigging equipment, cranes, and health, safety, and environmental requirements, along with excellent leadership, planning, problem-solving, and client coordination skills, is required. Relevant rigging or lifting certifications will be an advantage. - Strong Saudi Arabia or KSA market experience.
- Experience in industrial, oil and gas, petrochemical or major construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of lifting plans, rigging equipment, cranes and HSE requirements.
- Excellent leadership, planning, problem-solving and client coordination skills.
- Relevant rigging or lifting certifications will be an advantage.
