Job Description
The IT Deskside Technician will provide on-site IT support including hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance. The role involves handling incidents, communicating technical information to users, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure high levels of customer service.
Requirements
- 2-3 years IT support experience
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, GPO
- Basic network and peripheral troubleshooting
- English and Arabic B2-C1 level
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools preferred
