- Experience

- Bachelor's Degree or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5-10 years of relevant site experience in civil construction.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in handling site teams and subcontractors.
