Csa, MEP and Electrical Estimators
Job Description
An EPC company in Riyadh is seeking experienced CSA, MEP, and Electrical Estimators to join its Preconstruction Department on a full-time basis. Applicants must hold a degree or diploma in civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, or electrical engineering, quantity surveying, or a related field, and have at least five years of estimating experience in construction, energy, infrastructure, or EPC projects. A strong understanding of the relevant discipline’s scope, materials, systems, specifications, and construction methods is required, along with experience in quantity take-offs, measurements, cost estimates, tender evaluations, and subcontractor quotations. A relevant professional certification is an advantage. The software requirements include proficiency in Bluebeam for quantity take-offs, measurements, and drawing markups, proficiency in AutoCAD for reading, interpreting, and marking up technical drawings, and preferably experience with InEight for cost estimating and integration with project controls.
