Immediate Hiring (Sponsorship Transfer Available) Our company is a prestigious Casual Dining Restaurant chain located in Riyadh, currently seeking to fill the position of Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Technician. Number of Vacancies: One (1) Selection Process: Candidates will be evaluated based on an interview. Key Responsibilities: 1) Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics of kitchen equipment, tools, and machinery to identify any faults or issues requiring repair. 2) Carry out all necessary repairs and replace spare parts as needed to ensure machines remain in optimal working order. 3) Install new components or parts when required to enhance the performance and efficiency of the kitchen machinery and equipment utilized within the restaurant. 4) Perform tests on repaired machines, equipment, and their various parts to confirm proper operation and verify the effectiveness of all maintenance efforts. 5) Execute preventive maintenance tasks for all kitchen machines and equipment in close coordination with restaurant operators to avoid breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan. 6) Conduct calibration procedures on testing instruments and equipment used in the restaurant to maintain accuracy and reliability in measurements. 7) Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Maintenance Manager in support of maintenance operations.
