Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Technician with 2 to 3 years of proven hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to support continuous and efficient plant operations. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, diagnostic testing, and routine checks on production machinery, control panels, transformers, and industrial motors; quickly diagnosing electrical issues during power outages or system malfunctions to minimise operational downtime; installing, wiring, and modifying electrical conduits, control circuits, switchgear, and power distribution systems in accordance with engineering standards; strictly following plant safety protocols, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and national electrical codes; maintaining records of maintenance schedules, repairs performed, and electrical equipment inventory; and working closely with mechanical technicians, operators, and plant supervisors to support continuous production flow. Candidates must hold an ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent vocational training, and have a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, drive systems, circuit diagrams, and wiring schematics. The role requires willingness to work scheduled 10-hour shifts, the ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment, and the ability to climb ladders and lift heavy equipment when required.

- Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift heavy equipment when required.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, diagnostic testing, electrical installation, and troubleshooting of production equipment.
