Kitchen & Coffee Equipment Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen and Coffee Shop Equipment Technician to join our technical team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The key responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial kitchen and coffee shop equipment; troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical faults; servicing and repairing espresso machines, coffee grinders, brewers, ovens, microwaves, speed ovens, ice makers, refrigeration units, and other related equipment; supporting equipment installation, testing, and commissioning; and maintaining accurate maintenance and service records. The requirements are a diploma or technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or a related field, a minimum of two years of experience in kitchen, coffee shop, or foodservice equipment maintenance, strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills, and the ability to read electrical diagrams and technical manuals. Experience with commercial coffee and kitchen equipment is highly preferred.
