HR Onboarding Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR professional for a full-time HR Onboarding Specialist position in Al Naseem, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with immediate joining required. Requirements include native or near-native Arabic, fluent English and at least three years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia, as well as strong practical experience with Qiwa, knowledge of GOSI, experience with Iqama and sponsorship transfers, and good Excel and Google Sheets skills. Experience in rider recruitment or delivery and logistics is highly preferred, particularly within Keeta, HungerStation, Jahez, logistics, third-party logistics, fleet or rider recruitment environments. Key responsibilities include managing the complete rider onboarding process, preparing and following up on Qiwa employment contracts, handling sponsorship transfer procedures, following up on GOSI registration and employee records, managing Iqama and other government-related HR processes, and coordinating with PROs, recruitment teams, supervisors and operations. The role also involves ensuring that all riders complete the required compliance procedures before activation and maintaining accurate employee records and onboarding reports. Applicants must be Sudanese or Pakistani nationals. The ideal candidate must be able to independently manage the process from candidate selection through to the rider becoming fully compliant and active.
