Job Description
THG (Takara Hospitality Group) is seeking a passionate and energetic bartender to join its growing team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium restaurants or luxury hospitality and a minimum of two years of experience as a bartender in a hotel or upscale restaurant. Responsibilities include preparing and serving a variety of mocktails, specialty beverages, coffee and other non-alcoholic drinks; delivering outstanding guest service with professionalism and enthusiasm; maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of the bar area; monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory control; following company recipes, presentation standards and health and safety regulations; and working closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations. Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation, a positive attitude, a well-groomed appearance and the ability to work under pressure are required. GCC experience is an advantage, and candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama are encouraged to apply.
