Engineering and Project Personnel

Technical and engineering manpower is required for an MRO and engineering support team project in the Eastern Region, within a yard and the oil and gas industry. The available positions are Planning Engineer or Scheduler, responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and critical path analysis using approved software; Project Administrator or Coordinator, responsible for meeting coordination, reporting, travel logistics, onboarding, and stakeholder communication; Marine Engineer, responsible for technical support, inspections, and MRO project execution for jack-up rigs and marine equipment; HVAC Engineer, responsible for the design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of HVAC-R systems for critical facilities; Structural Engineer, responsible for structural analysis, design calculations, integrity management, and rig upgrade support; Instrumentation and Control Engineer, responsible for the design, loop testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and optimization of safety and automation systems; Mechanical Engineer, responsible for maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of drilling equipment and mechanical systems; Hydraulic Systems Engineer, responsible for the design, maintenance planning, and troubleshooting of hydraulic-powered drilling and lifting machinery; Construction Engineer, responsible for planning, supervising, and safely executing civil, structural, and mechanical construction activities; Piping Engineer, responsible for piping layout, stress analysis, isometric reviews, and integrity management for critical piping infrastructure; Coating Inspector, responsible for verifying surface preparation, assessing corrosion protection, and conducting quality control inspections; Materials and Logistics Coordinator, responsible for material tracking, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics support for timely site delivery; Construction Manager or Site Supervisor, responsible for overall field execution, safety compliance, and supervision of construction and infrastructure activities; Project Manager, responsible for end-to-end project leadership, budget control, stakeholder management, and the safe delivery of MRO projects; Procurement and Expediting Officer, responsible for sourcing, purchasing, vendor coordination, and expediting material deliveries to avoid project delays; HSE Supervisor or Officer, responsible for enforcing safety policies, conducting field inspections, promoting a proactive safety culture, and preventing incidents; Document Controller, responsible for managing, tracking, revising, distributing, and archiving technical and project documentation; and PTW Coordinator, responsible for administering, verifying, and monitoring the Permit-to-Work system for high-risk and non-routine work activities. Requirements include availability for immediate mobilization to Eastern Region projects, with an oil and gas, MRO, or drilling industry background preferred.
