Job Description
Lead the development and management of a comprehensive technology platform focused on IoT and fleet tracking. Oversee technical teams and ensure integration of backend systems with device and cloud infrastructure. Manage application and frontend developers while maintaining high standards of security and data processing.

- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience leading a technical team or complete technology project.
- Experience developing IoT, GPS, fleet, or shipment tracking platforms.
- Strong backend development skills with Node.js/NestJS, .NET, or Java/Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, MQTT, and third-party device integrations.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, location data, and time-series data processing.
- Experience with maps, alerts, notifications, and reporting systems.
- Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure, Docker, CI/CD, and system monitoring.
- Strong understanding of security, user permissions, audit logs, and data encryption.
- Ability to manage developers and conduct code reviews.
- Excellent technical English and documentation skills.
- Experience in logistics, fleet management, cold-chain operations, or electronic locks is advantageous.
