Job Description
Experienced Chef de Partie specializing in Indian & Pakistani cuisine. Responsible for food preparation, cooking, and presentation while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards. Works collaboratively within a team in a restaurant environment.
Requirements
- Indian or Pakistani nationality
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant restaurant experience
- Strong knowledge of Indian & Pakistani dishes
- Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Able to maintain hygiene and food-safety standards
- Team player with good communication skills
- Hardworking, responsible, and disciplined
- Transferable Iqama preferred for candidates already in KSA
