Electrical Technician

We are seeking an Electrician for the Electrical Maintenance Department on a full-time, permanent basis, working a rotating three-shift schedule of nine hours per shift. The responsibilities include maintaining electrical systems across all production lines, including Pita, Buns, Rolls, and Tortillas; servicing packaging machines by troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults; operating and maintaining rotary ovens and heating systems; installing and programming inverter systems (VFDs) across all lines; calibrating and maintaining sensors and electrical devices; managing the electrical control of the Pita bread line from the Divider to the Oven; reading technical diagrams and schematics in English and Arabic; documenting all work in the CMMS; and ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards. The successful candidate must have at least five years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, expert knowledge of industrial AC/DC electrical systems, experience with rotary ovens and bakery equipment, proficiency in VFD installation, programming, parameter tuning, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis, expertise in temperature, pressure, and proximity sensors, the ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics, fluent English reading skills for technical manuals, knowledge of electrical safety standards, experience with PLC and control systems, and a valid electrical licence or certification. Knowledge of the Pita bread line from the Divider to the Oven should include temperature control, motor systems, and safety devices; knowledge of Buns production and rotary ovens should include heating elements, electrical controls, and temperature sensors; and knowledge of packaging machines should include motors, speed controls, and safety systems.
