Job Description
An SEC-approved C2 Permit Receiver/Approver is required for an active substation project in Al-Hasa, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The job purpose is to oversee the safety, coordination, and administrative execution of C2 work permits in strict compliance with SEC safety requirements, and to ensure that all civil activities carried out inside or adjacent to live SEC substation facilities adhere strictly to SEC safety compliance standards. Candidates must hold a valid and verifiable SEC C2 approval or certification, have between one and five years of direct experience handling C2 permits within SEC substation or high-voltage transmission infrastructure projects, hold a valid Iqama, and be available for immediate joining. Important note: A valid and verifiable SEC C2 approval or certification is mandatory, and candidates without it will not be considered.
