Sales Representative

A full-time Sales and Business Development Professional is required in Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and experienced, with an established network in the oil and gas, petrochemical, construction, and industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia, particularly among contractors, industrial companies, oil and gas companies, construction companies, and manpower clients in the Eastern Province and Jubail area. The role involves generating qualified leads and new business opportunities, identifying potential customers and maintaining strong client relationships, converting enquiries into quotations, projects, contracts, and purchase orders, developing opportunities for industrial materials and manpower supply, identifying small construction and industrial projects, conducting customer visits and business development activities, preparing quotations and negotiating commercial terms, following up with customers until order confirmation or receipt of the purchase order, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams for successful execution, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Candidates must have proven experience in industrial or materials supply sales, while experience in manpower supply is highly preferred, along with strong experience with oil and gas, petrochemical, construction, or industrial clients in Saudi Arabia, an established customer and contractor network in the Saudi market, and a proven track record of generating actual sales, projects, and purchase orders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, fluent English, basic Arabic communication skills, a professional personality, strong customer-handling skills, self-motivation, a target-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently are required. The position is intended for a results-driven business development professional who can open new accounts, generate genuine opportunities, and close actual business, rather than someone who only follows up with existing customers.
