AI Integrations Engineer
Job Description
Develop and deploy production-grade automations using Zapier, Make, and Workato. Integrate multiple platforms including Salesforce, Odoo/ERP, Microsoft 365, and communication tools. Build Python microservices with FastAPI and manage data lakes with scheduled ETL processes. Implement bilingual knowledge bases and ensure security and observability of integrations.
Requirements
- 3+ years delivering real automations/integrations.
- Strong Python 3.x, REST/JSON, Git, Docker skills.
- Experience with OpenAI API and LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Hands-on with Zapier/Make including multi-step workflows and error handling.
- Integration experience with Salesforce, Odoo, or similar ERP/CRM.
- Excellent written English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work with time zone overlap ±3 hours with KSA.
