Job Description
The Tendering and Estimation Engineer will review tender documents to identify scope and risks, perform quantity checks, rate analysis, and cost estimation. The role includes preparing priced BOQs and commercial clarifications, as well as coordinating subcontractor and material quotations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of commercial or tendering experience
- Proficient in Excel and PDF quantity take-off; knowledge of BIM quantity extraction
- Middle East project experience
- Detail-oriented and responsible
